1. Use of Our Services

Our digital services are meant for lawful and legitimate business purposes only.

You must provide accurate information, project requirements, and necessary materials (text, images, content, branding details) for service completion.

Misuse of our services, inappropriate behavior, or unauthorized use of delivered assets may result in termination of the project without refund.

2. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All service bookings must be made through our official website, email, or phone.

Pricing for website development, digital marketing, and other services will be shared before confirmation.

Payments must be made through accepted modes (UPI, Net Banking, Card, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).

Advance payments are required to begin any project. These advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.

Additional charges may apply for third-party expenses such as:
• Domain & Hosting
• Premium Themes or Plugins
• Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of service purchase and only if the project has not yet begun.

Once work has started (planning, design, development, campaign setup), refunds will not be issued.

For partial work, refund eligibility will be evaluated based on the completed portion.

Webcart Solution reserves the right to cancel services in case of non-cooperation, misuse, or incomplete information provided by the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be communicated accordingly.

4. Responsibilities & Liabilities

Webcart Solution is not responsible for project delays caused by the customer such as late content submission, unclear requirements, or frequent revision requests.

We are not liable for issues arising due to third-party platforms such as hosting servers, domain providers, payment gateways, or advertising platforms.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their website login credentials after project delivery.

Any damage caused to a website due to unauthorized access, third-party intervention, or misuse is not the responsibility of Webcart Solution.

5. Warranties & Service Disclaimer

Webcart Solution provides digital services on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee instant results in digital marketing, as performance depends on competition, market trends, advertisement quality, and platform policies.

While we ensure high-quality development, we do not guarantee:
• Uninterrupted website uptime
• Third-party tool performance
• Search engine ranking results

6. Intellectual Property

All website designs, layouts, graphics, and content created by Webcart Solution remain the property of the company until the final payment is completed.

Clients may not resell, misuse, or distribute our work without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat.

8. Updates to Terms

Webcart Solution reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
