You may request cancellation of a service (online store development, informative website development, or digital marketing services) within 24 hours of purchase, provided the work has not yet begun.
If our team has already started the project (planning, design, development, or strategy execution),only a partial refund may be issued, depending on the work completed.
No refund will be issued for cancellations requested after major work has been delivered (website layouts, designs, modules, marketing setup, or any development progress).
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
The actual refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s policies.
Refunds will NOT be provided under the following conditions:
If work has already started on your website or marketing project.
If you delay providing required content, images, or instructions.
If the service has been fully delivered as promised.
If you change your mind after the project begins.
If third-party service fees are involved (domain, hosting, premium plugins, ads budget, etc.).
If cancellation is requested after project completion or final delivery.
Advance payments for website development are used to reserve resources and begin project work.
Therefore, advance payments are **non-refundable** once the project work has been initiated.
In case of disputes, partial refunds may be considered only if minimal work has been completed.
Digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads Management, Branding, etc.) involve ongoing effort and third-party expenses.
Hence, payments made for digital marketing services are **non-refundable** once the campaign has started.
